Each guest will enjoy a one ounce pour of five high end, rare Buffalo Trace Whiskeys, paired with delights from our Hawks kitchen, a bottle of Hawks Barrel Pick Buffalo Trace Bourbon to take home and an entry into the raffle to win a bottle of the exclusive Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year. This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible. The distillery adds just a splash of their Kentucky limestone well-water when they empty the barrels for bottling. Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find.
