Let Hawks Restaurant in Granite Bay help with the cooking this year! We’re closed on Thanksgiving Day, but our annual Thanksgiving To Go menu is back, with holiday favorites made by our kitchen team. Order à la carte: the whole feast, a few standout sides, or a dish to bring along to someone else’s table.

Our fresh, free-range Diestel Family Ranch turkeys are brined in-house for four days with herbs, citrus, garlic, and spices. Add country bread stuffing, creamy Yukon Gold potatoes, maple-roasted yams, Brussels sprouts with bacon, and our house-made cranberry sauce. We also have wild mushroom soup, gougères, and country gravy.

Save room for dessert! Pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream, apple pie with cinnamon streusel, and house-made vanilla gelato. Complete your table with wines and seasonal cocktails from our bar team, selected to pair with the feast.

A note on the turkeys: They’re brined but not cooked, so you can roast yours fresh at home. Roasting instructions are included.
