June Chef’s Tasting Menu at Hawks

Celebrate summer with the June Chef's Tasting Menu, a vibrant showcase of late Spring ingredients and refined technique. The menu starts with a sweet and savory Artichoke Pudding. Followed by a seafood trio of Salmon, Shrimp and Lobster reduction. Hawks classics of chicken ballotine and Almond Wood Grilled Filet Mignon finish the savory side of the meal. Dessert will be a Huckleberry Profiterole with a Huckleberry Cheesecake and Cream Cheese Chantilly.

Our pastry team will gladly cut your cake and serve with our house made gelato.
