Celebrate Mother’s Day at Hawks with a thoughtfully crafted dining experience, offered as both a spring brunch and an elegant evening dinner.
Mother’s Day Brunch | 10:00am–2:00pm
Begin with warm buttermilk biscuits for the table, served with strawberry jam and honey butter, followed by a Saeng’s strawberry salad with young lettuces, burrata, and candied garlic vinaigrette.
For your entrée, choose from a seasonal wild mushroom crêpe with English peas, asparagus, and parmesan cream; a classic Maine lobster roll with kennebec potato chips; or our almond wood grilled filet mignon with potato rösti, Bloomsdale spinach, and sauce béarnaise.
Finish with a duo of tartlets – ricotta, blueberry, and lemon curd.
Mother’s Day Dinner | Beginning at 5:00pm
In the evening, we invite you to a multi-course tasting menu designed to celebrate the season and the occasion. The experience begins with an amuse bouche, followed by burrata with Saeng’s strawberries, baby beets, and blossoms.
A Maine lobster raviolo with wild ramps, English peas, and morel mushrooms leads into our signature almond wood grilled filet mignon with local asparagus, pommes purées, and sauce béarnaise.
The evening concludes with a duo of tartlets, paired with Champagne.

Celebrate Easter at Hawks with a brunch that welcomes the season in full bloom!
Gather around the table and begin with warm pastries to share – sticky buns, savory scones, croissants, and Danish served with whipped butter and strawberry jam. From there, the menu unfolds with fresh spring flavors like Delta asparagus and English pea salad alongside Ora King salmon gravlax with lemon crème fraîche.
For the main course, choose between a classic Quiche Lorraine with applewood smoked bacon and Gruyère, a vibrant Dungeness crab cake Louie with California avocado and deviled egg, or almond wood grilled filet mignon served with creamed spinach, potato rösti, and sauce béarnaise.
And of course, no Easter celebration is complete without dessert. Our Nantes carrot cake, finished with cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts, and rum raisin gelato, brings a sweet and elegant close to the morning.

Our teams have been busy preparing for Heritage Fire, a deliciously flame-filled farm-to-fork feast, returning to Napa, CA on August 18th! This all-you-can-eat, walk-around event showcases meticulously crafted bites by the area’s most celebrated chefs. Each dish is prepared over an open fire, utilizing responsibly raised heritage-breed animals and sustainably sourced heirloom vegetables from local family farms. After indulging in a diverse array of dishes and beverages, each guest will vote for their favorite bite of the day! The chef who accumulates the highest number of votes earns the title of “Heritage Hero.”
