Our teams have been busy preparing for Heritage Fire, a deliciously flame-filled farm-to-fork feast, returning to Napa, CA on August 18th! This all-you-can-eat, walk-around event showcases meticulously crafted bites by the area’s most celebrated chefs. Each dish is prepared over an open fire, utilizing responsibly raised heritage-breed animals and sustainably sourced heirloom vegetables from local family farms. After indulging in a diverse array of dishes and beverages, each guest will vote for their favorite bite of the day! The chef who accumulates the highest number of votes earns the title of “Heritage Hero.”

Join us on Friday, September 20th from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Grand Tasting for an elevated Farm-to-fork experience highlighting Sacramento’s rich culinary scene with tastings from 20 amazing chefs, libations, and live entertainment by local band Dunsbar Road.
