JULY CHEF’S TASTING MENU
Every month, our culinary team creates a new tasting menu inspired by the finest ingredients the season has to offer. July’s menu is a celebration of summer; bright flavors, peak produce, exceptional seafood, premium meats, and thoughtful technique, all brought together in an unforgettable dining experience.
Your evening begins with a welcoming of hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wine before unfolding through a progression of beautifully composed courses. Highlights include a delicate Prawn Toast with lemongrass and ginger, Brentwood Corn Flan finished with Australian black truffle and Parmesan broth, pristine Alaskan Halibut with summer squash and basil, and our signature Almond Wood Grilled Filet Mignon with Sauce Périgueux. The experience concludes on a sweet note with a playful Dulce de Leche Funnel Cake and house-made mignardises.
