Celebrate the season with April Chef's Tasting Menu, a vibrant showcase of peak Spring ingredients and refined technique. Highlights include delicate Peruvian Bay Scallops with Caramelized Pineapple and Red Curry, California Halibut with sweet English Peas and Sauce SuprĂŞme, and our signature Almond Wood Grilled Filet Mignon with Creamed Spring Onion and Bone Marrow Jus. Finish on a bright note with a Strawberry Basil Pavlova featuring local strawberries at their finest. Fresh, elegant and fleeting--this is Spring on a plate!

🌸 CELEBRATE MOM AT HAWKS | MAY 10TH

Celebrate Mother’s Day at Hawks with a thoughtfully crafted dining experience, offered as both a spring brunch and an elegant evening dinner.

Mother’s Day Brunch | 10:00am–2:00pm
Begin with warm buttermilk biscuits for the table, served with strawberry jam and honey butter, followed by a Saeng’s strawberry salad with young lettuces, burrata, and candied garlic vinaigrette.

For your entrĂŠe, choose from a seasonal wild mushroom crĂŞpe with English peas, asparagus, and parmesan cream; a classic Maine lobster roll with kennebec potato chips; or our almond wood grilled filet mignon with potato rĂśsti, Bloomsdale spinach, and sauce bĂŠarnaise.

Finish with a duo of tartlets – ricotta, blueberry, and lemon curd.

Mother’s Day Dinner | Beginning at 5:00pm
In the evening, we invite you to a multi-course tasting menu designed to celebrate the season and the occasion. The experience begins with an amuse bouche, followed by burrata with Saeng’s strawberries, baby beets, and blossoms.

A Maine lobster raviolo with wild ramps, English peas, and morel mushrooms leads into our signature almond wood grilled filet mignon with local asparagus, pommes purĂŠes, and sauce bĂŠarnaise.

The evening concludes with a duo of tartlets, paired with Champagne.
